Is there a warranty?
Yes. There is a 6 year warranty on all parts and a 12 month warranty on the labour.
Is the glass to Australian Standard?
Yes. All glass is to Australian Standard AS 1288.
How do I clean my screen?
Only use recommended detergent or shower cleaners. Do NOT use chemicals on glass or aluminium.
Can HSSS fit the screen if required?
Yes, however there is an extra charge for our installation service.
Where can I see a screen fitted?
We have a showroom at Yatala on the Gold Coast or you can contact us so we can find you a location close to you.
Can I get the screen delivered to my job?
Yes, we can arrange delivery anywhere in Australia.
How quickly can I get a screen delivered?
We can usually dispatch a screen within 48 hours of order received. A delivery fee will apply.
Is the channel put in before the tiles and then the tiles butt up either side?
Yes. Some of our customers tile both sides. Others use our channel to paint up to. The channel allows for the wall to be out of plumb and is actually installed to Australian standards with a full wall channel.
Does the hob channel take the glass as well?
Yes. No need for measure or custom glass.
Why and how is there no mechanical fixing?
Wall channels are sikaflexed in place before tiling. The wall channels are predrilled if you want to screw them to the wall.
How long is the install time?
Your first time will take around 45 minutes to install a front return. After you've installed the system once, then it should only take 30-40 minutes after that. For fixed panels, you should only need 10 minutes.
